By accessing or using LinkFilo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

LinkFilo is a file sharing platform that allows registered users to upload files, generate shareable links, and track file analytics. Recipients can download shared files without creating an account.

3. Account Registration

To use the full features of LinkFilo, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, choosing a password, and verifying your email. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LinkFilo to upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights of others
• Contains viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Violates the privacy of others
• Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial content
• Depicts or promotes child exploitation or abuse

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously violate them.

5. Storage and Limits

Free accounts are provided with 200MB of storage. We reserve the right to enforce storage quotas and to suspend or terminate accounts that exceed their allocated storage. We may introduce paid plans with higher storage limits in the future.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of any files you upload to LinkFilo. By uploading files, you grant LinkFilo a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve those files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The LinkFilo platform, logo, and all related software are the intellectual property of LinkFilo and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LinkFilo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkFilo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damage to your reputation.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your files and data will be deleted within 30 days.
