At LinkFilo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for paid subscription plans.
LinkFilo's paid plans (Pro and Business) are currently in development and not yet available for purchase. This policy will apply once paid plans are launched.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all paid subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment.
After the 30-day period, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. However you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.
How to Request a Refund

Eligibility
Refunds are available if:
- The request is made within 30 days of the initial payment
- The account has not violated our Terms of Service
- The request is for a subscription payment, not a one-time service
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made after the 30-day window
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Partial months of service already used beyond the 30-day window
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. To request a refund alongside cancellation, please contact us directly.
Payment Processor
LinkFilo uses Paddle as its payment processor and Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed through Paddle and will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of LinkFilo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
